For example, if you have a 2nd grade child attending Mayim on Mondays, a 6th grade child attending Gesher L'Noar on Thursdays, and a 9th grader in our YOUth (8th-12th grade) program, you would check "2/3 Monday", "6th Thursday", and "9th Grade - TBS YOUth".
