Madrichim, or classroom aides, are an integral part of our K-7 classrooms. Our madrichim help our teachers, or Jewish Learning Guides, teach lessons and manage behavior throughout the day. The Madrichim program is open to any of our teens grades 8-12. To provide a foundation of child development and best classroom practices, our Madrichim come to training once a month for new concepts, fresh ideas, and to swap stories with fellow Madrichim. This class is taught by Rachel Happel, the K-12 Learning Director, and Sara Wittenberg, our Learning Specialist.
